Nixon Medical guarantees the availability of medical gowns and linens for eligible customers. If a customer experiences and reports an inventory issue related to guaranteed products, Nixon Medical will resolve the issue by the end of the next business day. If the issue is not resolved by the next business day, the customer will receive full credit on the applicable invoice.

Customer Eligibility

The reported inventory issue must relate to a product and quantity on the customer’s invoice. The Guarantee applies only to customers in good financial standing with Nixon Medical.

Reporting an Inventory Issue

Customers may report inventory issues through the following channels: (1) Nixon Medical Website Chatbot and (2) Customer Care at 1-877-776-4966.

The following information must be provided: (1) date and time of the availability issue, (2) the customer number and customer name, (3) name and contact information of the person filing the availability issue, (4) the location of the issue (customer facility address), (5) product(s) and quantity affected, and (6) description of the issue.

Resolution Timeline

The service team will create a special product delivery request to secure inventory and deliver the missing product on the next business day’s route. When arriving at the customer’s location, the RSR will verify inventory levels and determine the root cause of the issue to prevent recurrence.

Product Substitutions

If Nixon Medical is unable to supply the exact product, a substitute product may be provided to maintain service continuity.

Substitutions may be made at Nixon Medical’s discretion and are not eligible for guaranteed credits. If you have availability issues, please see your RSR for the best solutions.

Exclusions from the Guarantee

The Guarantee does not apply in the following situations: (1) quality issues, (2) acts of Force Majeure: delays caused by natural disasters, weather, pandemics, labor strikes, or other uncontrollable events, and (3) personalized garment issues (e.g., lab coats, scrubs, etc.).

Credit Process

If Nixon Medical fails to resolve a reported inventory issue by the end of the next business day, a full invoice credit will be issued. The credit can be applied at the customer’s discretion.

Program Modifications and Termination

Nixon Medical reserves the right to (1) modify the guarantee program at any time, (2) terminate the program in part or whole at its discretion, and (3) disqualify customers who misuse the guarantee or submit fraudulent complaints.
