Dedicated Route Service Representatives
The single most important aspect of our program is the Route Service Representaitive (RSR). A dedicated RSS visits each of our accounts on a regular basis (generally weekly). In addition to dropping off clean textiles and picking up soiled textiles, the RSR measures new wearers and performs administrative tasks like adjusting inventory levels.
Our dedicated RSR's are supported by dedicated Service Managers. Service Managers visit their accounts on a routine basis. Their primary objective is complete customer satisfaction.
